"Sometimes I get to the point of frustration, that I just become silent."
Thats what happened to me over the last 6 months.
June, July and August have been incredibly busy; getting the Kye4Kids website live, starting a crowdfunding project for my very first chapter book; following up on the editing and illustrations; working on the illustrations for a "silent book" competition; having friends coming over for the holiday season and keep the household up and running. No time to get 'bored" or sit and relax.
Although my nerves sometimes got the better of me....I'm very thrilled about the new website: www.kye4kids.com, my chapter book "De Gebroken Belofte" (age 8+) and the proceedings of my silent book.

So whats next? Once the editing and illustrations are finalised I go in search of a publisher / agent. The book is written in Dutch but I secretly hope, once it get published, it will be translated into English. Finalising the silent book and starting on a new story of Kye.
But not today!
It's finally raining outside! It hasn't rained since May and the average temperature was 33Celsius for the last two months. Today I'm going to do absolutely nothing... I'm going to relax on the couch with a nice cup of tea and reading Hollow City by Ransom Rigg !
